with brave wings she flies
Maya Angelou said, “I’ve learned that you shouldn’t go through life with a catcher's mitt on both hands. You need to be able to throw something back.” And one thing that I have to give back is my photography. It’s my plan to gift sessions to those who may not be able to afford it but so deserve it. Those who are survivors of domestic violence, those who are sick and dealing with illness, and those parents who are champions for the children. Some days, they have the world on their shoulders, and deserve a little gift. If this is you, or you know someone who deserves beautiful photos with their family, please contact me.
her wild and precious life
I am embracing this last year in my 40’s and putting ordinary on a pedestal. I'm documenting my days as a way to find my calm and to share my soul with words and photos. I'm attempting this 365 as a count down to my 50th birthday. I've never succeeded with a 365, but I am hoping this project will be different as the super talented Chloe Lodge is joining me over on instagram. She is embracing her first year of living in NZ, and together we created the hashtag #herwildandpreciouslife if you want to follow along.
life in still
